Dr. Dariyan Ayazi

Dr. Ayazi is passionate about caring for her patients at every stage of their life with empathy, patience, and kindness. She enjoys being able to create positive early dental experiences for anxious patients as well as deliver high-level restorative and aesthetic dentistry that allows her patients to leave the office with healthier, more confident smiles. Dr. Ayazi decided to pursue dentistry during her second year of undergrad studies. She was drawn to healthcare because it blends precision and human connection, all while allowing her to have tangible impacts on her patients’ lives. Her favorite part of being a dentist is earning her patients’ trust through providing attentive, personalized care in a comfortable and judgement-free space.

Dr. Ayazi completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. She then went on to complete her General Practice Residency at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where she gained experience in treating patients with medically complex situations, emergencies, and special needs, as well as hospital-based dentistry.

Dr. Ayazi has dedicated experience in pediatric dentistry as well as advanced training in restoration and cosmetic dentistry. She is licensed in California and Florida and remains an active member of the following professional organizations:

Dr. Ayazi was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and is an only child. She grew up in a supportive, close family and is incredibly proud of her Persian background and the values that it has instilled in her—especially the importance of family, hard work, and resilience. She’s fortunate to have close relatives on the East Coast, as well as in Europe, Canada, and Iran, which has helped her stay connected to so many different perspectives that her family shares.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ayazi enjoys spending time with her husband exploring new restaurants, traveling, and experiencing new cultures. She likes to stay active with reformer Pilates as well as using baking as a creative outlet.
An interesting fact about Dr. Ayazi is that her background in business marketing before pursuing dentistry strengthens how she communicates and connects with people. It has even influenced how she creates an excellent overall experience for her patients.
